These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ccn9 ("ccn9", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ccn9 online gaming platform, including all associated services, games, promotions, and payment facilities. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) ccn9 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein, including any withdrawable funds that cannot be verified as having been deposited by the legitimate account holder.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ccn9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must notify ccn9 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ccn9 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
In accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance requirements, ccn9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Any transactions that ccn9 reasonably suspects to be related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. ccn9 reserves the right to freeze account balances pending the outcome of any AML investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ccn9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the ccn9 Platform, including without limitation:
